ATID FUND (I)

Nature : FCPR

Le fonds d’investissement ATID FUND (I) est un FCPR . Il a reçu l’agrément du Conseil du Marché Financier en date du 18 novembre 2009 et il a été définitivement constitué en 2010.

Le fonds a pour objet la participation et le renforcement des fonds propres de sociétés non cotées établies en Tunisie, qui ont un fort potentiel de développement et opérant dans différents secteurs économiques, notamment dans le secteur industriel, les services, le secteur immobilier et la distribution. Les souscriptions dans le capital du fonds qui s’élèvent à 6.600.000 DT sont intégralement libérées.

Le Fonds Commun de Placement à Risque ” ATID FUND (I) ” est un fonds de distribution dont la gestion est assurée par UGFS-NA suite à l’octroi d’agrément du Conseil du Marché Financier en date du 07 février 2023. Le dépôt des titres et des fonds est confié à Bank Al Baraka. Le fonds est entré en phase de liquidation depuis le 30 Avril 2022.

The ATID FUND (I) is a FCPR fund. It received approval from the Financial Market Council on November 18, 2009 and was definitively established in 2010.

The purpose of the fund is to participate and strengthen the equity of unlisted companies established in Tunisia, which have strong development potential and operate in different economic sectors, particularly in the industrial sector, services, real estate sector and distribution.Subscriptions in the capital of the fund which amount to 6,600,000 DT are fully paid up.

The Risk Mutual Fund “ATID FUND (I)” is a distribution fund managed by UGFS-NA following the granting of approval from the Financial Market Council on February 7, 2023.The deposit of the fund is entrusted to Bank Al Baraka. The fund has entered the liquidation phase since April 30, 2022.

Empower Fund

Fund initiated by CDC and managed by TLG Capital and United Gulf Financial Services North Africa (UGFS-NA). The fund is mandated to invest in SMEs, particularly those with strong potential for expansion in the region and the rest of Africa. The fund will use debt and mezzanine structures with strong equity advantages, aiming to achieve equity-like returns, but with a lower risk profile.
Financial and social returns will be considered hand in hand, and the fund, in addition to being Gender 2X compliant, will seek to meet UN Sustainable Development Goals 1, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9. This fund has been split into two categories A and B. The Empower Fund will invest in resilient Tunisian companies, with validated business models and operating in privileged sectors with high growth potential. Empower Fund B plans to make investments with investment tickets ranging from 5 to 15 MTD (US$ 1.5 million to US$ 5 million) each, throughout the life of the fund.

Fonds initié par la CDC et géré par TLG Capital et United Gulf Financial Services North Africa (UGFS-NA). Le fonds est mandaté pour investir dans les PME, en particulier celles qui ont un fort potentiel d’expansion dans la région et dans le reste de l’Afrique. Le fonds utilisera des structures de dette et de mezzanine avec de forts avantages en termes d’actions, dans le but d’obtenir des rendements similaires à ceux des actions, mais avec un profil de risque plus faible. Les rendements financiers et sociaux seront considérés main dans la main, et le fonds, en plus d’être conforme à Gender 2X, cherchera à répondre aux objectifs de développement durable 1, 3, 4, 7, 8 et 9 des Nations Unies. Ce fonds a été scindé en deux catégories A et B. L’Empower Fund investira dans des entreprises tunisiennes résilientes, dotées de modèles économiques validés et opérant dans des secteurs privilégiés à fort potentiel de croissance. L’Empower Fund B prévoit de réaliser des investissements avec des tickets d’investissement allant de 5 à 15 MDT (US$ 1,5 million à US$ 5 millions) chacun, pendant toute la durée de vie du fonds.

Startup Factory est un fonds d’amorçage qui fournit du financement aux jeunes entrepreneurs novateurs dans le domaine des TIC pour finaliser leur plan d’affaires, leurs études de faisabilité et leur protection de la propriété intellectuelle dès le début du projet.

UGFS-NA offre des services de gestion de portefeuille discrétionnaires qui comprennent l’investissement dans des actions de sociétés cotées, des fonds communs de placement locaux et des produits à revenu fixe en Tunisie.

dynamique: 80% actions ‐ 20% obligations
équilibé: 50% actions ‐ 50% obligations
prudent: 20% actions ‐ 80% obligations

Objectif: UGFS‐NA propose également un service sur mesure prenant en compte
Politique de gestion: la stratégie d’investissement vise à réaliser des plus-values à long terme avec le moins de risque possible en ce qui concerne le profil de chaque investisseur et ses exigences.
Equity saving accounts (CEA)
Le CEA est un compte qui doit détenir, pendant au moins 5 ans, des investissements en actions cotées à la Bourse de Tunis, pour au moins 80% de sa taille..

20% doit être investi dans des bons de Trésorerie / Obligations.
En contrepartie, le titulaire d’un CEA bénéficie d’un avantage fiscal spécifique, le montant investi dans le CEA (avec un plafond de 50 000 DT) est déductible du revenu annuel imposable.

Politique de gestion: la stratégie d’investissement vise à réaliser des plus-values à long terme avec un niveau de risque modéré.
Objectif: offrir aux investisseurs des rendements élevés en investissant dans des titres locaux cotés à la Bourse de Tunis.

Social Business Fund

The Social Business Seed Fund a été créé en mai 2015 à l’initiative de Yunus Social Business (YSB) et de son partenaire la Banque africaine de développement (BAD), dans le cadre du programme «Holistic Social Business Movement» (HSBM).
L’objectif de cette initiative est de promouvoir et responsabiliser les entreprises sociales en Tunisie et de renforcer le financement de projets innovants alignés sur ce modèle.
La taille cible du fonds est de 20 millions de dinars.

Tunisian Development Fund est un fonds fermé “FCPR” d’une taille de 10 millions de dinars. Le fonds a investi dans des sociétés à fort potentiel de croissance mises en place dans des zones de développement régional.
TDF l a été souscrit pour 9,5 millions de dinars par des investisseurs institutionnels (banques, assurances, etc.).

UGFS‐NA offers discretionary portfolio management services that include investing in listed companies shares, local mutual funds and fixed income products in Tunisia.

We distinguish 3 different profiles:

Equity saving accounts (CEA)
The CEA is an account that must hold for minimum five years, investments in shares listed on the Tunis Stock Exchange, for at least 80% of its size.

The remaining 20% must be invested in Treasury Bills / Bonds.
In return, the holder of a CEA benefits from a specific tax advantage, the amount invested in CEA (with a ceiling of 50,000 DT) is deductible from the annual taxable income base.

The remaining 20% are allocated to investments in the most liquid shares of Tunis Stock Exchange and in the new offerings in the market, to take advantage of a potential rally.
