ATID FUND (I)

Nature : FCPR

Le fonds d’investissement ATID FUND (I) est un FCPR . Il a reçu l’agrément du Conseil du Marché Financier en date du 18 novembre 2009 et il a été définitivement constitué en 2010.

Le fonds a pour objet la participation et le renforcement des fonds propres de sociétés non cotées établies en Tunisie, qui ont un fort potentiel de développement et opérant dans différents secteurs économiques, notamment dans le secteur industriel, les services, le secteur immobilier et la distribution. Les souscriptions dans le capital du fonds qui s’élèvent à 6.600.000 DT sont intégralement libérées.

Le Fonds Commun de Placement à Risque ” ATID FUND (I) ” est un fonds de distribution dont la gestion est assurée par UGFS-NA suite à l’octroi d’agrément du Conseil du Marché Financier en date du 07 février 2023. Le dépôt des titres et des fonds est confié à Bank Al Baraka. Le fonds est entré en phase de liquidation depuis le 30 Avril 2022.

ATID FUND (I)

The ATID FUND (I) is a FCPR fund. It received approval from the Financial Market Council on November 18, 2009 and was definitively established in 2010.

The purpose of the fund is to participate and strengthen the equity of unlisted companies established in Tunisia, which have strong development potential and operate in different economic sectors, particularly in the industrial sector, services, real estate sector and distribution.Subscriptions in the capital of the fund which amount to 6,600,000 DT are fully paid up.

The Risk Mutual Fund “ATID FUND (I)” is a distribution fund managed by UGFS-NA following the granting of approval from the Financial Market Council on February 7, 2023.The deposit of the fund is entrusted to Bank Al Baraka. The fund has entered the liquidation phase since April 30, 2022.

Empower Fund

Nature : FCPR

Fund initiated by CDC and managed by TLG Capital and United Gulf Financial Services North Africa (UGFS-NA). The fund is mandated to invest in SMEs, particularly those with strong potential for expansion in the region and the rest of Africa. The fund will use debt and mezzanine structures with strong equity advantages, aiming to achieve equity-like returns, but with a lower risk profile.
Financial and social returns will be considered hand in hand, and the fund, in addition to being Gender 2X compliant, will seek to meet UN Sustainable Development Goals 1, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9. This fund has been split into two categories A and B. The Empower Fund will invest in resilient Tunisian companies, with validated business models and operating in privileged sectors with high growth potential. Empower Fund B plans to make investments with investment tickets ranging from 5 to 15 MTD (US$ 1.5 million to US$ 5 million) each, throughout the life of the fund.

Empower Fund

Fonds initié par la CDC et géré par TLG Capital et United Gulf Financial Services North Africa (UGFS-NA). Le fonds est mandaté pour investir dans les PME, en particulier celles qui ont un fort potentiel d’expansion dans la région et dans le reste de l’Afrique. Le fonds utilisera des structures de dette et de mezzanine avec de forts avantages en termes d’actions, dans le but d’obtenir des rendements similaires à ceux des actions, mais avec un profil de risque plus faible. Les rendements financiers et sociaux seront considérés main dans la main, et le fonds, en plus d’être conforme à Gender 2X, cherchera à répondre aux objectifs de développement durable 1, 3, 4, 7, 8 et 9 des Nations Unies. Ce fonds a été scindé en deux catégories A et B. L’Empower Fund investira dans des entreprises tunisiennes résilientes, dotées de modèles économiques validés et opérant dans des secteurs privilégiés à fort potentiel de croissance. L’Empower Fund B prévoit de réaliser des investissements avec des tickets d’investissement allant de 5 à 15 MDT (US$ 1,5 million à US$ 5 millions) chacun, pendant toute la durée de vie du fonds.

Nature : FONDS D’AMORÇAGE

Startup Factory est un fonds d’amorçage qui fournit du financement aux jeunes entrepreneurs novateurs dans le domaine des TIC pour finaliser leur plan d’affaires, leurs études de faisabilité et leur protection de la propriété intellectuelle dès le début du projet.

Startup Factory est soutenue par Ooredoo (opérateur de télécommunication) et a développé un partenariat avec les NPD et les entreprises informatiques (GIZ, Microsoft, Education for Employment…).

Capital act est un fonds de pré-amorçage accompagné d’un programme d’accélérateur avec une taille cible de 50 millions de dinars. Il a pour objectif de financer et de soutenir des projets innovants dès leur création.

UGFS Bonds Fund

Nature : FONDS COMMUN

UGFS bonds fund est un fonds commun de placement qui investit:

au moins 50% en obligations et Bons du Trésor / Obligations
up to 30% jusqu’à 30% sont affectés à des investissements dans des obligations du Trésor à court terme
20% en liquidités et équivalents
Politique de gestion UGFS Bonds Fund est essentiellement investi en obligations afin d’obtenir un rendement positif cumulatif.
Objectif fonds est d’assurer un rendement supérieur au taux d’épargne des banques.

UGFS Bonds Fund est dédié au profil de tout investisseur.

Portefolio Managment Services

Nature : PMS

UGFS-NA offre des services de gestion de portefeuille discrétionnaires qui comprennent l’investissement dans des actions de sociétés cotées, des fonds communs de placement locaux et des produits à revenu fixe en Tunisie.

We distinguish 3 different profiles:

dynamique: 80% actions ‐ 20% obligations
équilibé: 50% actions ‐ 50% obligations
prudent: 20% actions ‐ 80% obligations

Objectif: UGFS‐NA propose également un service sur mesure prenant en compte
Politique de gestion: la stratégie d’investissement vise à réaliser des plus-values à long terme avec le moins de risque possible en ce qui concerne le profil de chaque investisseur et ses exigences.
Equity saving accounts (CEA)
Le CEA est un compte qui doit détenir, pendant au moins 5 ans, des investissements en actions cotées à la Bourse de Tunis, pour au moins 80% de sa taille..

20% doit être investi dans des bons de Trésorerie / Obligations.
En contrepartie, le titulaire d’un CEA bénéficie d’un avantage fiscal spécifique, le montant investi dans le CEA (avec un plafond de 50 000 DT) est déductible du revenu annuel imposable.

UGFS Islamic Fund

Géré conformément aux préceptes de la charia islamique,

Objective: UGFS Islamic Fund doit offrir à ses investisseurs les avantages de la gestion collective, tout en respectant les principes islamiques. Il est soumis à l’examen d’un comité de la charia.
Management Policy: est destiné aux investisseurs qui acceptent un risque modéré lié aux actions et souhaitent investir dans des produits conformes à la charia.

Tunisian Prudence Fund (TPF)

Tunisian Prudence Fund (TPF) est un fonds commun de placement prudent qui investit jusqu’à 80% dans des obligations afin d’obtenir un rendement stable avec une performance acceptable à moyen et long terme. Les 20% restants sont affectés à des investissements dans les actions les plus liquides de la Bourse de Tunis et les nouvelles offres sur le marché afin de tirer parti d’une reprise potentielle.

Objectif: réaliser une croissance stable avec une légère prise de risque.
Politique de gestion: le fonds vise une rentabilité à long terme avec un faible niveau de risque.

Tunisian Equity Fund (TEF)

Tunisian Equity Fund est un fonds commun de placement qui investit jusqu’à 80% dans des actions de sociétés cotées tunisiennes afin d’obtenir une appréciation du capital à long terme.

Politique de gestion: la stratégie d’investissement vise à réaliser des plus-values à long terme avec un niveau de risque modéré.
Objectif: offrir aux investisseurs des rendements élevés en investissant dans des titres locaux cotés à la Bourse de Tunis.

Social Business Fund

Nature : FONDS D’AMORÇAGE

The Social Business Seed Fund a été créé en mai 2015 à l’initiative de Yunus Social Business (YSB) et de son partenaire la Banque africaine de développement (BAD), dans le cadre du programme «Holistic Social Business Movement» (HSBM).
L’objectif de cette initiative est de promouvoir et responsabiliser les entreprises sociales en Tunisie et de renforcer le financement de projets innovants alignés sur ce modèle.
La taille cible du fonds est de 20 millions de dinars.

Capitalease Seed Fund II

Capitalease II est un fonds d’amorçage qui cible des secteurs d’activité innovants. Avec une taille de 15 millions TND. Le fonds finance non seulement des sociétés en phase de démarrage, mais aussi des entreprises en phase de développement et de croissance pour pénétrer avec succès sur le marché international.

Capitalease est un fonds d’amorçage qui fournit un financement aux start-ups et aux jeunes promoteurs talentueux pour qu’ils se développent très tôt. Le fonds cible des secteurs d’activité et des concepts innovants. Le fonds est structuré en partenariat avec le premier incubateur d’entreprises privé en Tunisie et la première association Business Angel en Tunisie.

Tunisian Development Fund est un fonds fermé “FCPR” d’une taille de 10 millions de dinars. Le fonds a investi dans des sociétés à fort potentiel de croissance mises en place dans des zones de développement régional.
TDF l a été souscrit pour 9,5 millions de dinars par des investisseurs institutionnels (banques, assurances, etc.).

Tunisian Development Fund III (TDF III)

Tunisian Development Fund III c’est un fonds de placement privé conforme à la Shariaa d’un montant de 40 millions de dinars offrant des avantages fiscaux pour le développement régional et un retour intéressant aux investisseurs dans les PME implantées dans les régions de l’intérieur. Le fonds a été lancé en mars 2016 et différents investisseurs institutionnels (banques, Leasing, assurances … etc.) ont souscrit à TDF III.

Tunisian Development Fund ll est un Fonds d’actions privées conforme à la Chariaa, d’une taille de 20 millions de dinars, destiné à soutenir les petites et moyennes entreprises situées dans des zones de développement régional. Créé en mars 2013, divers investisseurs institutionnels (banques, Leasing, assurances … etc.) ont souscrit à TDF II.

Theemar investment fund est un fonds de PME conforme à la charia d’une taille de 50 millions de dinars. Theemar Investment Fund a été souscrit pour 25 millions de dinars par des investisseurs institutionnels.

UGFS Bonds Fund

UGFS bonds fund is a mutual fund that invests:

at least 50% in bonds and Treasury Bills / Bonds.
up to 30% are allocated to investments in short term treasury bonds.
20% in liquid assets and cash-equivalents
Management policy: UGFS Bonds Fund is essentially invested in bonds in order to achieve a cumulative positive return.
Objective of the fund is to ensure a return that exceeds the one of banks saving rate.

UGFS Islamic Fund

Managed in accordance with the precepts of the Islamic Shariaa,

Objective: UGFS Islamic Fund is to provide its investors with the benefits of collective management, while respecting Islamic principles. It is subject to review by a shariaa committee.
Management Policy: the fund is intended for investors who accept a moderate risk related to equities and wish to invest in Shariaa compliant product.

Portefolio Managment Services

UGFS‐NA offers discretionary portfolio management services that include investing in listed companies shares, local mutual funds and fixed income products in Tunisia.

We distinguish 3 different profiles:

balanced: 50% equities ‐ 50% bonds
prudent: 20% equities ‐ 80% bonds

Objective: UGFS‐NA also offers a tailor made service taking into account the customer risk appetite an product choice.
Management policy: the investment strategy aims to achieve long-term capital gains with the least possible risk with respect to the profile of each investor and their requirements.
Equity saving accounts (CEA)
The CEA is an account that must hold for minimum five years, investments in shares listed on the Tunis Stock Exchange, for at least 80% of its size.

The remaining 20% must be invested in Treasury Bills / Bonds.
In return, the holder of a CEA benefits from a specific tax advantage, the amount invested in CEA (with a ceiling of 50,000 DT) is deductible from the annual taxable income base.

1- Offer support to small and medium-sized companies in pre- initial public offering (pre-IPO).
2-Structuring of financial transactions and assistance on new share offering, debt and hybrid securities structuring.

The Social Business Seed Fund was set up in May 2015, at the initiative of Yunus Social Business (YSB) and its Partner the African Development Bank (AfDB), as part of the “Holistic Social Business Movement (HSBM)” program.
The goal of this initiative is to promote and empower Social Businesses in Tunisia and to strengthen the funding of innovative projects aligned with this model.
The target size of the fund is TND 20 million.

Tunisian Equity Fund is a mutual fund that invests up to 80% in shares of Tunisian listed companies in order to achieve long‐term capital appreciation.

Management Policy: the investment strategy aims to realize long term capital gains with a moderate level of risk.
Objective: to provide investors with high returns by investing in local securities listed on the Tunis Stock Exchange.

Tunisian Prudence Fund (TPF)

Tunisian Prudence Fund (TPF) is a prudent mutual fund that invests up to 80% in bonds in order to achieve a stable yield with acceptable medium and long term performance. The remaining 20% are allocated to investments in the most liquid shares of Tunis Stock Exchange and in the new offerings in the market, to take advantage of a potential rally.

Objective: the objective of the fund is to achieve stable growth with a slight risk-taking.
Management Policy: the fund aims for long-term profitability with a low level of risk.
