Salma Bouaouina brings extensive experience in private equity and financial structuring, with expertise in strategic advisory, investment analysis, and value creation. She has been Investment Director at UGFS North Africa since 2018, driving the execution of investment strategy and enhancing portfolio performance.

Previously, she held key roles in the Tunisian financial sector, including Investment Officer and Acting CEO at TECH INVEST (ex DIVA SICAR), and Financial Analyst at CGF – Brokerage Firm, building strong skills in financial analysis, valuation, and portfolio management.

She has led strategic projects, exit transactions, and financial restructurings, and serves as a board member in multiple portfolio companies. She holds a Master in Financial Engineering, a Bachelor in Finance, and certifications in Corporate Transactions and NLP, combining analytical rigor, strategic vision, and leadership.
