Mrs Salma Bouaouina holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the management institute of Tunis (ISG Tunis). She worked for one year CGF as Financial analyst. She worked for 9 years at Diva Sicar as Senior Manager: Due-diligence of projects in venture, seed and growth capital, advice, support and followed the entrepreneurs Promotion and marketing of the fund. She has temporarilly taken a role as general manager for one year and a half .

Mrs Bouaouina joined UGFS-NA in 2018 as Fund Manager of Private Equity Funds.
