He has led several companies, managed sales teams, and directed an insurance agency within a major group.
Before joining UGFS, Mohamed served as Executive Assistant at the Odice Group, where he played a strategic role in external growth operations, modernizing management systems, and implementing HR tools.
Today, he leverages this expertise to support organizational transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
