Mr Ahmed Dhouib holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from IHEC Carthage. He worked for 3 years at IMBank and its subsidiary TITF Fund (Seed Fund specialized in the ITC and innovative projects) as Senior Financial analyst : he went through several operations of privatization, mergers and acquisitions transactions, Private Equity operations in seed and venture capital investment.
He worked for 4 years at Diva Sicar as Senior Manager: Due-diligence of projects in venture, seed and growth capital, advice, support and followed the entrepreneurs Promotion and marketing of the fund.
Mr Dhouib joined UGFS-NA in 2015 as Head of early stage department and Vice president.
