Biolex is a limited company located in the area of Maarouf Oueslatia Kairouan specialized mainly in the production of essences of Rosemary and thyme. Biolex is a subsidiary of the AGRI-LAND group which ensures the supply and pre-treatment of raw materials. The creation of the Biolex company is part of the development and optimization of rosemary and thyme essences by substituting ancestral, traditional and painful process of mobile stills by a new vacuum distillation process which not only allows to have a superior quality of essential oil, as well as a high yield but also the possibility of valuing the by-product of rosemary (distilled rosemary).
